Located on the Côte d'Opale in Attin, we celebrate the terroir of Hauts-de-France. Inspired by pre-industrial brewing expertise, our brews ferment slowly under the influence of wild yeasts and time.

Each season, we blend barrels from the cellar — as it was said in the past, we "finish" our beers.
