A light, herbaceous and floral young beer brewed with ancient wheats kindly borrowed from our baker friends and neighbours "Au Gré des Blés" (Montreuil-sur-Mer / Le Touquet). Cascade hops from the Clairvoie farm (Méteren, 59) and whole-flower Strisselspalter from the Comptoir Agricole (67).
